PV17 house - Residential - 2017

The PV17 project consists of the restoration of a traditional building located in an inner town of Mallorca. The work has been carried out entirely indoors, whilst the structure and volume of the unit have been preserved.

 

The distribution is spread over three floors, around a patio, which illuminates and ventilates the rooms of the house portraying a classical family residence.

 

The ground floor occupying all of the plot is served as a garage, one of the most characteristic aspects of the residence are the circular skylights installed in the wrought floor providing extra light to the ground floor. The kitchen and living area are on the first floor whilst the rest area is on the upper floor.
