CA4 house - Residential - 2010

The CA4 is a rehabilitation project of a house situated in the urban area of a town situated in the interior of Mallorca.

 

Both the volume of the complex and the original style of the facade typical of the contemporaneity buildings in the area have been preserved, affecting solely the inside of the building

 

This project is adapted to the functionality of a traditional family where the order of activities being living, cooking and resting are met throughout the 3 floors but also embracing the eccentric patio which provides ventilation to the space.
